Terrible service, I bought with the coupons they gave me but they were super rude manager and service. Worst place ever. I’ve been to other pollo locos and they were super attentive, this place just answer that they were the busiest place and they don’t do much for guest. Never will be back again

A young girl at el pollo loco employe took my daughter s order at 4005 s Decatur Blvd. she said $7. then stated the order disappeared then she said you owe $20. My daughter swiped her card amount was deducted from her bank. Manager stated order was canceled. The amount was deducted from my daughters account she showed the manager who argued her that order was canceled . My daughter just wants her refund back. She is traumatized by this incident. she didn’t receive any food that she paid for. I well report them to BBB. Bad business, no people skill, no professional work skills. No issue resolving skills. frustrated
