This is not the first time and most likely it won’t be the last time. They don’t deliver what u ask for. Be careful . There is always one or two pieces missing. I just ordered half chicken and one extra leg. When I got home there was no extra leg. I asked them for extra crispy they gave me not even well cooked. Please check your bag. They are bunch of irresponsible people working in this store. I called them , no body answered the phone. Don’t recommend to go to this store

The service is not good and the food is not Hot,to very dry breast

Was looking forward to having it, but won’t be back again. Went there later in evening … got family meal … chicken was dry and salsa was tasting nasty. Had to spit that out! Spend your money elsewhere!!

Bad service

A message to the owners, get some competent saff. One of the worst customer service i have ever seen.Same terrible customer service. Unfortunately this is the only store nearby, otherwise I will never step in your store.

Website says it’s open at 10am? It’s already 10:53am?

The food is great. There could be more chicken in the el Pollo chicken bowl. The chicken in the two piece meals could be bigger.
