I bought a double tostada shrimp salad as I always do and it had hair in it that I pulled out of my mouth a very long piece. I threw the whole thing away and it was my second bite. This happen today Sunday 4-7-24 about 5:30pm. Im done with el pollo loco I want nothing in return.

I only go here out of convenience. It's on my block. With that in mind, I will no longer give them my business. The service is bad, food is meh, and the overall experience leaves a bad overall impression. I've placed orders for pickup and was charged, only to arrive, and it was closed. If you have other options, seek them. This place is no bueno.

This EPL is the best one, there food is cooked done, the season is right on point. Go to this restaurant and eat you will enjoy it.....LOVE IT
