We don't have an El Pollo loco in Oregon. You guys need to open one in the Willamette Valley! We don't have anything like this to compare.
El Polo never fails to provide good food that is cooked very good and has great staff. I would like it if they would remember the Cantro, they so.etimes forget to add it even when you request it. Food is always fresh !! Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap parking.

Unprofessional Supervisor with a Deprived mindset by the name Glen P, is a Hispanic Latino that replaced previous supervisor Rehman. Glen P, is extremely disrespectful, cunning, crafty, Unprofessional, rude, Racist, discriminative, and degrading to customers like myself. Glen P, lacks leadership skills, knowledge and needs training in the field in running a restaurant with respect to all customers. His approach and delivery was unacceptable and unwelcoming to me as a gay individual and part of the LGBT community. He needs to take accountability of his actions and needs to stop using reverse psychology in accusing customers with false accusations and false witnesses. My experience was directly with him and no one else. I called customer relations with my statement and spoke with Stephanie in full details. Glen P, definitely needs training. I'm a regular customer in this specific location for ten year's and have never came across a issue with a Rude staff member. I needed to delete my previous positive review of previous supervisor Rehman, so that I could post this unfortunate negative toxic experience review of supervisor Glen P. All my other reviews are positive I didn't wanted to post this negative review regarding Glen P, but it wasn't a pleasant experience for me nor a good environment. I do accept his apology over the telephone call I made today when he answered he recalled and offered an apology. But the matter of my call was to get his correct name. I'm looking forward and on for a better experience at this clean location. I honestly believe he can learn from his mistake and deserves a second chance and opportunity.
