I picked up food through the drive-thru but they forgot my churros and the chips were stale. I didn't discover the missing food until I got home. I had to drive back 15 minutes. Attention to detail on orders would help. This has happened several times.

4/5/2024 Well I don’t see El Pollo Loco staying in business for long. They have a new kiosk here in Las Vegas. The poor help has to help every customer. The help is overworked and at half staffed. The floors and tables are dirty. Thanks a lot EL Pollo Loco
This location needs work. The taste of the food, employee training, portions, drive thru timing all needs work.
Great food but only let you order from screen. No one to help you place an order.
I ordered a classic chicken burrito and there were bones in it, also there was no chicken in it. How one forgets one of three ingredients in a burrito is beyond me. Every time i order extra sauce at the drive through screen they either forget to give me it or just rip me off for the 2-3$ it costs. It hasn't happened just once it has happened enough for me to be complaining about it online. When you get to the window there is a lady who is pretending she doesn't speak english so she doesn't have to assist you with anything else. If I’m gonna be spending upwards of $20 for a meal I might as well just go to chipotle because then I can at least have better customer service and an actual portion of chicken. The ladies that work here aren’t rude they are just lazy in my opinion. And it shows in the quality they bring to the business. As far as my business, it will not have it.
Great food great service! Just wish they would put the salsas back in the cafe.
