The service here is always impeccable! Andrea who works the window is so kind and sweet and I will absolutely be back just because of her!

First time trying El Pollo Loco. Glad my husband decided to stop. Shout out to the cashier Arce for her pleasant demeanor, and beautiful customer service. She spoke so softly and was very helpful. We stopped here at 8:40pm and the store was still well lit and operable. Although it was 20 minutes before closing, she and the other workers still served us with very fresh, hot, and delicious food. We will most definitely be back!!! Vegetarian options: Salads!

Birria is back! That stuff is delicious for being fast food!

Super distracted staff. No napkins. No tea. Filthy tables. The place was empty. I understand why.

Good salad

I go here for lunch about 2-3 times a week and every time that I go, the service is excellent. The food is also delicious. Joanna is very nice, helpful, and seems to enjoy what she does.

Worst location in the DFW

Walked in and was not greeted and Noone acknowledged we were there. And we noticed no gloves while the workers were fixing orders. Walked out.
