El Pollo Loco

Tonight the drive-through took almost 30 minutes for 4 items. They had us pull around to the front and I watched about 5 people come in, order and leave before we got ours. Needless to say: Food wasn’t even warm. The shrimp in the new tostada was dried out. The crunchy chicken tacos had almost no meat. And another burrito that was falling apart. I’ve given this location more than a few chances after missing/wrong items, broken burritos. Etc. Management never replied to my older reviews but they’ll thank the new 5-star reviews. Very nice. I imagine it’s a top-down problem.

It's not bad place for decent lunch. Bit pricey but everything is today.

The 3 young guys working there were awesome, fast, and working hard at keeping up with their orders.

First of all, I love this place! But Something changed here,the chicken tostada salads used to be bomb . (Mine wasn't so bomb today, lettuce was wilted/ chicken hard around the edges almost not edible.. Also the crunchy chicken tacos came all broken and didn't have hardly any chicken inside.. Huge disappointment, it's been a while since I've been here,but I guess things changed.

Food service and atmosphere covered. it's good food but dang it's expensive and the price seems to be different at the window than what's printed on the board. Example Burrito 4.95 at the window 10.00
