El Pollo Loco

I’ve been going to this location in Folsom for a few years now and Tyler is doing excellent job. He is one of the drive-through staff members and he really is awesome. So is a young lady named Genesis, who always has a smile on her face when she serves us. My son loves the original pollo $5 bowl without the chicken and we are plant-based so we just ordered without the chicken. If you want friendly staff and some healthy alternatives, even if you don’t eat chicken, it’s still a great place to order sides or either pull. The pico de gallo is fresh and delicious and chips and guacamole are very tasty as well. Try it out and see how great the Folsom staff and food tastes. Thanks, Erin

Pollo loco never disappoints me, once you come in you always get greeted by the workers there and on top of that, there meals fresh and delicious, I always get a pollo loco bowl comb and it’s always good.

Today I went to buy a 8pc meal at lunch time. The place look clean the people that work there were very friendly , the cashier was very helpful and recommended me additional items like chips and guacamole, churros which I ended up getting. Vegetarian options: They offered some items for people that are vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: None dairy. Parking: Plenty of parking lot available .

Two chicken breasts, a-la-carte, cost $13 now. That's insanity. My only thing here was quick healthy protein, but no way am I paying over $6 a chicken breast. Goodbye.
