When through the drive- Through and we ordered two salads one was a double chicken, tostada salad the other was the chicken and shrimp tostada. When I opened the chicken tostada salad, there was a hair in between the sour cream and the chicken. I called the restaurant and let them know that I had found a hair. They didn’t even apologize. They just said can you come back right now and will change it for you not a sorry, not anything else. We get there again through the drive-through and we’re letting the cashier know that I had just called and letting them know about the salad. He’s like oh OK wait a second. Then he asked me what I had ordered and I said is a double chicken, tostada salad with no pico then another gentleman came to the window and said what did you order so I had to repeat myself again to him when back not even 10 second later come back and he’s like this is a chicken tostada salad had me the same salad I had gave him because there was a hair on it so then I made it clear I’m returning it because it had a hair and the salad. Did you not listen the first time they didn’t even offer a refund so I just told him to go ahead and give me a refund never again horrible service. Have immature people working there. They need responsible people that would take care of situations like this.

I have never tried the tacos... What a miss!!! Both the regular and crispy are some of the best I have ever had! Surprised me! Oh and the price was decent. Fast food has gotten so expensive for what it is it almost makes no sense to eat it anymore, what a waste. But these were reasonably priced. For now. Worth a try for sure

Since I have been on a restricted diet, the salads are my favorite.
