If 0 star is an option I would do negative 1star for this store. First time here was awful, and decided give this place another change, same experience , nothing changed. The waiting time is waste my life, don’t ever come here if you want to do more with your life

Walked in at 11:00 am and you would think the place is just got swept and moped NO place is dirty bathrooms are also super dirty. Floor is stick everywhere. The Matt that’s near the fountain is so sticky i was able to feel my shoes sticking to the mat. . This will be the last time I come here if it’s dirty out here where customers sit and eat I can only imagine behind the counter.

Ordered a burrito from here thur grub hub, got here everything seemed fine till I noticed there was a some sort of bottle cap or something inside the burrito! Super disgusting almost choked these people really need to pay attention to what there doing and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone, anyone trying to go to pollo loco from now on? Go to another one cause this one clearly ain’t have their stuff together

I thought I would try a new location because the one I usually use messes the order up frequently. So this one says 45 to an hour for cooked chicken. So get tostadas instead. As soon as I get my order,cook says chicken is ready..and then to top things off they put rice on the wrong tostada! This always happens to my wife's order. 37 years of @##% not getting what she wanted..ugh. but when I saw the chicken that was ready it looked extra charred..

Found what looks like public hair in my food!!! and when I called to tell them I was told there was no way this could happen and even hung up on me. This is disgusting
