Update food and service is still terrible!!!! The wait time this location has no matter what time of day is ridiculous. Even if you order through the app and it says “order complete” it’s not still have to wait

This particular EPL is a hit or miss. Sadly today, it was a miss. I ordered a 3 piece meal with beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken was overcooked, therefore dry. The beans were undercooked, very hard. The tortillas were cut up as if for chips. The mashed potatoes and Sprite were good. :( Also, the receipt did not have the restaurant or Survey ID code so I left the review here.
