I usually don't leave bad reviews, and I'm the type of person who loves to treat people with respect. My experience here was one of the worst experiences I ever had with receiving any kind of service. The 2 managers or people in charge, that also didnt speak english, at this location were so rude and unprofessional. I ordered food, and they swiped my card for the order. She told me it didn't go through. I looked at my bank account, and they charged me. I showed them my online banking, where it said el pollo loco-$charge. They didn't care, because their machine didn't print out a receipt. They told me their not giving me my food. I was so shocked and told them, "you guys really charged my card, and are not giving me my food?" They said, " you have to come back with a receipt from the bank". I said " ok, if you don't want to give me my food. Please give me a refund". They wouldn't, and wouldn't help at all. I've never been treated so horrible by a food establishment. They didn't even care. Basically they just took my money, and sent me away without my food I payed for. Even when they saw my bank statement on my bank app with the transaction. Just total indifference, unprofessionalism and disregard. I will be filing a complaint with the corporation. Update: this company never reached back out to me. They only deleted the transaction and that was it. Worst customer service.
