Always clean, service and food is great.

Food is always great. But the to go service could be better. This last visit I stood at the counter and no one asked to help me. Mine was the only to go sitting in front of me. I had to get someone's attention to get my food. This is my normal experience. But again, the food is great so I keep coming back.

Dry Very little meat on thighs

Of the past 4 visits, 3 times they have not given me everything in my order. This last time was through the drive thru and when I entered the store, there were two other customers who else had their orders wrong. This has been going on for months. I tried doing the survey from the receipt the next day but it said survey was over even though supposedly I have 3 days to complete it.
