El Pollo Loco

Sorry, tried to give a few chances but went thru drive thru again and when got home order was wrong again. Should have checked it before I left so my bad. Didn't get extras I paid for. Chicken on salad didn't taste good and some of the lettuce was brown. Had to just throw away.

The driver thru cashier was very nice and well spoken. The chicken was very fresh as well.Will be coming back soon!!!

Found hair in two different entrees. The portions of chicken in the tacos was weak and the employee working the front counter was not helpful at all. When an item was missing from our order and my wife asked about it, she was pretty much interrogated. Turns out they gave that item to another customer by mistake. Really disappointed in this experience.

I've tried this chain in my home town... not good. While in Fresno a friend and I went to the one on Herndon. It was great. Changed my opinion about this chain. Visalia needs to learn from this place

Food can be good one day, not very good the next. Service is good. Not the cleanest place.
