Chicken is always good good

Love their salads they’re immaculate if I could I’d have them everyday because they’re so delicious!! (I’m a pollo-vegetarian, I only eat chicken not other meats so this place is perfect for me and I’m sure they have some non chicken options on the menu too) I’ve never really dined inside but the drive thru is pretty fast!

The food is good but the customer service and food preparation is lacking. Let me explain; Sometimes they will give you something else you did not order or will not apply their promotional discounts.... these workers are not present (thinking) at their job. If they make a mistake they are dishonest and if you catch them they will make little effort to make it right. Most likely a quality management issue ( not a good leader ). Edited 1/14/2024 Customer service sucks. These people at this location should not be in the food service industry.
