The staff helped me pick a gluten-free option from the menu. The food is high quality. The restaurant is in a less touristy part of town, and there were a couple of homeless people taking naps on the lawn outside the restaurant. The staff made up for the less than ideal location of the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available (Check on their website for options)

Carla the manager of this pollo loco was very attentive of me and helped me with my order. They were all very friendly and served me with a smile food was also very delicious. Will be coming back again.

Very clean place and tasty food, very good customer service too, Carla and Jaunita are the best, they were very helpful with my catering order, extremely recommend this restaurant.

It's affordable authentic food. Nice location

I eat here about twice a week. I always order online and dine in. It is always clean and my food is always ready when I arrive. There is only one customer restroom which requires a code and that is always kept clean. Their avacodo salsa is nice and thick not thin and runny like at some El Pollo Locos. It does get very busy at lunchtime. Parking: RVs and trucks may take multiple spots. The other day one RV was taking up four parking spaces.
