Fives across the board from El Pico. Izzy was amazing!! She deserves a raise and a praise for her professionalism and swiftness as a server. She was so kind and pleasant to be around and really made the experience great. The food was delicious and fresh as well so we will definitely be back to try something new next time.

The food was good. The salsa was delicious and the spicy cranberry margarita was out of this world!!! But the service…… The service was 10/5. I had to give this place the full 5 stars…wish I could give more. We left our car key behind and the server chased us down (she sprinted) two blocks to return it to us. I am very grateful.

Great place to go, Great food, Great atmosphere, Great service

Really good salsa and chips! Better than most full sized Mexican restaurants. They have really good quality food. The people working there were really awesome as well. Parking: Very good parking. However, I would expect worse parking on days/hours when the courthouse is dealing with a lot of people.

Food was good and service was good. No lunch menu option. Didn't expect a 3 oz side if Queso would cost $3.99 also 3oz side of sour cream to cost $1.79. Added Queso to Burrito an extra $4.00. Little expensive for sides. Booth we sat in needed repair

It's been almost 8-9 years since I've been here (due to moving out of state) but each time I did: the staff was welcoming and friendly, great entertainment and I personally enjoyed the chimichangas or even a good chicken burrito bowl. If I ever travel drive through Independence again, I'd definitely stop here for a great bite to eat!
