Good, inexpensive Mexican food particularly for a chain restaurant.

I've had a few good and bad experiences here, a hit or miss place but the last two times were both bad with today being bad enough to where we won't be back. I spent $4 on a veggie taco only for the tortilla to fall apart before I got a bite followed by undercooked beans...it was just bad quality on top of expensive.
