Not a good night for food and service but might try again

If I could, I would give 0 stars but in order to write a review I have to give 1 and that's more than was earned. ...I have been a patron of this establishment since I moved to Snohomish a few years ago, but this evening after being seated my boyfriend and I experienced a complete refusal of service from any of the staff in this restaurant. We were seated for 20 minute's before we asked for a waiter, at which point we were brought water - We watched 3 other tables come in after us, receive drinks and place orders while we sat, menus ready to order and every single member of staff on the floor ignored us. - I clarified that we needed a server and still, no one... In fact, we heard the nearest server tell his coworkers "that's not my table" as he scoffed and walked away. Needless to say we spent the remainder of our evening elsewhere. I cannot count the amount of times we, as a couple, have gone to this restaurant for the kickin salsa and beans and tho I hate to lose those flavors, we will never return to this location. The behavior of the staff was appallingly disrespectful for no apparent reason and when we asked for the simple task of putting in an order for food and drinks, we were met with derisive disgust, as though we were being unreasonable. Whatever the reason was for this experience, it left nothing but a bad taste in our mouths. 0/10.; will not return

Excellent service, standard American mexican fare done right

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Several gluten-free options and dairy-free options on request.
