This is best taco dive in Dubuque. Try the Lengua tacos as they are amazing!!!
El Paisano is a hole in the wall , Loved the food, I ordered Carne asada , & rice it was delicious. The servings are big. Food is Authentic just like East LA.. my favorite new place when in Dubuque.
