El Nuevo Bukanas

Hey guys. Been a minute since my last review but this one is worth writing. I took my wife to dinner and by chance was sent to this place by a couple of pretty cool strangers because my wife was craving " Pescado Sarandeado." As we went in we were surprised to find they had a taco guy outside. I think it's kind of cool they have that as a option in addition to their menu inside. The food was great. They fish, Wich is butterflied and roasted over an open flame, was tasty, moist on the meat side and crunchy on the skin side. Very well done. The rice that came with it was amazing, perfectly seasoned, moist and fluffy. The ambiance was quite fun and very casual. Well worth the 2 hour drive from Livermore. Hope y'all give it a try, I know I'll be back for the fish and to sample some more of the food.
