The churrasco steak at El Novillo is absolutely phenomenal! I can attest that the food remains consistently excellent, and the service is unparalleled. The full bar offers a wide selection to satisfy every taste. The "El Novillo" churrasco was perfect, juicy, hot, and tasty, just as a steak should be. The rice was delicious and filling. My wife and I had a wonderful dinner, and the decor made us feel like we were in a theme park. We were truly taken away. I highly recommend El Novillo for some excellent and authentic Nicaraguan food and an amazing dining experience.
