I would like to share my experience at this restaurant. I would start saying that this restaurant have great food. Not going to lie. But the staff people are very’ very rude. I notice their customer service is very poor. Not sure if is because they are short on staff. Or the fact that they are not well organized and always working on a fast peace. If you asked them a question! they ignore you by responding until they give you eye contact. I had a really bad experience with them today 7/23/2023 around 12:43pm. The worker by the name Carlos was the one who completely ignored me when I was waiting on line to place an order to go. There was a Caucasian couple behind me as well waiting to do an order as well. I really don’t understand why he ignored me when he saw that I had arrive their first and I had been waiting for a while. Carlos literately help the couple behind me without asking if someone already had taken my order. I don’t understand why he did that. Not sure if it was was because of the people behind me being caucasian that he decided decided to help them. By Carlos doing that I felt discriminated. Not sure if Carlos was having a bad day. But for Carlos to ignore me completely the way he did was very humiliating. I will advice profesional training from management or maybe taking some customer services clases. Because their customer service is very poor.

No frills, authentic mexican food that makes your soul want to sing. I got the three asada tacos com arroz y frijoles and my boyfriend got the burrito. The beans are to die for. Hibiscus aqua fresca, bar none. Both red and green salsas are some of the best I have ever had. A must stop on your way through toppenish.
