El Molinito is my favorite spot for a consistently delicious red chile chimichanga. It also doesn't cost an arm and a leg like some other restaurants in town. The red chili has a great kick and my chimi is always crispy and hot. I love their spicy salsa. The service is always attentive and friendly. If you order a side of sour cream, share it. They give you a lot.
