Small restaurant big on customer service and great food. The salsa was a little too spicy for me but my family loved it. The pico had a bit too many onions but that's my personal preference. The food was very flavorful and we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely return.

El Molcajete located in the Mt Gallant Plaza at 1204-1 Mt Gallant Rd in Rock Hill SC is a tremendous Mexican Restaurant. Small and unassuming, the food here is amazingly good. Highly recommended!! Delicious Meat, Chicken, tortillas - one of the best of the best in the Charlotte area for a Mexican meal. Friendly, welcoming staff too.

Hands down the best Mexican food around. We all enjoyed our meal and the staff was super accommodating with our large party.

If you're form Texas or out of state and looking for some good Mexican food, this is the spot. Freshly made, taste like Grandma's cooking! Love it!

My wife and I pulled up and we had a feeling it was going to be a good time. This a cute little mom and pop shop. Atmosphere, service and food were great. My wife enjoyed here Chonga & I had three tacos. Asada was good, pollo was better and the chorizo was amazing. Fresh chips when they seat us, you could see them steaming still. Fresh guac made to order. This holds our top spot as we venture out for other great Latina restaurants.
