The food is okay, service is slow, and the margaritas are not worth the cost.

The food is always good, and the servers are friendly and prompt. The only thing I would change is for dishes with sauces to be lighter on the sauce amount; having so much sauce on the plate overwhelms the flavors of the rest of the food and makes it very messy to eat.

My guest and I have a great experience. The food came fast and was spot on. We sat in a booth in the bar, And the gentleman that was working the bar, didn't miss a beat with us at the table. I recommend EL Molcajete to all my friends and coworkers

Great place for dining in and take out! Food is fresh and delicious.

We were seated by the bar with our 7 year old. Sports on every tv. The server seemed nervous- but not inexperienced. We ordered the 46oz. Margarita, but had to remind her to bring it. The bartender was walking around somewhere, so she made it. The servers kept congregating and it made the atmosphere tense. No real issues with the food. It was typical, but the taco salad shell was definitely overcooked. We will probably try it again? Wasn't horrible, just odd.

Food arrived so fast and the waiter showed up so much I never had a empty cup for real good food and awesome staff
