Such a cute little bar, beautiful outdoor seating with rooftop views of the city of El Paso, and Juarez Mexico! It is open to the public, just take the elevator to the (I believe) 10th floor, you'll see the salon/massage parlor at the exit of the elevator and take a right where the bar is located grab your drinks with the option to sit inside or outside in a romantic rooftop setting.

It was pretty going there. Love the atmosphere. The music was also pretty cool. I just wish the DJ didn't cut the music too short.

Very fun place! The music here is always very fun to dance to, the DJ really knows how to read and control the crowd. I really like that he plays all kinds of music and is always dancing and creating a fun atmosphere. The drinks are always good too and the bartenders are friendly and polite. Also, this is the type of place that you dress up to, which we don’t have many in El Paso. Overall, great place.
