1st time there since it changed (again). The fajitas were very good. The inside is much nicer than it used to be.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Mexicano Grill and Cantina, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The highlight of my meal was the Torta Cubana, which was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors and textures in the sandwich was superb, and it left me wanting more. To complement my meal, I ordered a Michelada with Modelo beer, and it was just right. The blend of spices and tangy flavors in the drink perfectly complemented the savory notes of the food. It was a refreshing and enjoyable choice. Aside from the food and drinks, the service was excellent. I was warmly greeted at the door, and the waitress was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. She checked on me regularly, ensuring that I had everything that I needed throughout my meal. The staff's friendly and accommodating nature added to the overall positive experience. Based on my wonderful dining experience, I can confidently say that I will definitely be returning to El Mexicano Grill and Cantina. The delicious food, well-crafted drink, and attentive service make it a top choice for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine.

I've eaten here a few times and for the most part, enjoyed the food. The staff are always pleasant and the food doesn't take long. The salsa is good if you favor cumin. My group ordered a variety and the only complaints were- the carnita meat was pretty dry and while the charro beans had a great flavor, they were so salty we couldn't really eat them. That's been the case the last few times. We love seasoned food so we don't mind salt, but the beans have so much, you can't get past a few bites. I hope they adjust that in the future because their recipe is on point otherwise. Overall, experiences have been good and we will eat here again.

The AC was either broken or they didn’t have it on at all. We are in Texas in the middle of summer, that should have been my first clue to not continue with being seated. Then we fought with flies that continuously bombarded our table, there was no kids menu, and to top it all off the total tab for my husband, myself and my 3 kids was $75? My husband and I both had cheese enchiladas, 2 of my kids only had a plate of rice and beans, and my oldest had a burrito. It should have been $50 at the MOST. Will NOT be returning
