Ordered from here on Doordash. First off, it's a stretch to call this place a Mexican restaurant. That's my first beef with this place. The meat isn't seasoned (and it was dry), the red sauce tastes like marinara at best... Really, it's just grossly underseasoned. My second issue: my husband and I both ended up getting sick after eating from here. So thanks for that. Would not order here again.

Best Mexican place around. It's funny how it's situated in smack downtown of B. F. E. I eat there all the time. It's conveniently located next to the only relevant store in Soddy Daisy. I've never had a dish that wasn't delicious. It's service is fast, friendly, and the staff pay attention to details. It's always clean, the food is always fresh. They have the coldest beer in town. Great place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining there with a few friends, and we all had a wonderful experience. The service was also excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience at El Metate. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

Good food Parking: Very limited amount of spots

Eat here a lot. Great portions and very good. I always get nachos supreme. Never had a problem. Love this place. Great family place.
