Taco Tuesdays at El Mariachi can't be beat!! The selection of approximately 20 different tacos for only $2 each is unbeatable, as is the quality of ingredients, taste, presentation and the amount of protein in each taco!!! The servers are extremely knowledgeable and help navigate the intricate flavours and guide your selection of personal favorites. One visit and you'll understand why it is rated amongst the highest Mexican restaurants in Edmonton; won't be disappointed!!

This is the place to be on Tuesdays! Don’t know anywhere else you can get quality tacos for $2. Also love how you get 6 sauces to add to the tacos. Can have a long wait so go earlier or be ready to wait. Hot take but their lengua (tongue) sandwich is amazing. And of course great margaritas, makes for a fun date night with a partner or friends.

Very tasty food and drink, they are very busy so service can be a bit on the slower side so be prepared for that. Order a drink and munch on the chips while you wait. Food came all at once, which was slightly overwhelming because we ordered a lot, thinking it would come out as it was ready. The Chilaquiles were soggy, but I'm not sure if that was intended, but I prefer when at least some of the chips are still crunchy! Overall, it was one of the most authentic mexican restaurants I've had in YEG and would return in a heartbeat! Line ups for dinner can be long, we went at 5pm to avoid the rush. We also have a baby so it helped to be less busy. Highchair was available.

This is the most authentic mexican food I've ever had in Edmonton. The atmosphere screams Mexico and the staff were so nice. We went for Taco Tuesday and I'm glad we went early, because it got really busy and had a line outside the door. That's always an amazing sign. The taco selection was incredible. I wasn't expecting almost 20 different varieties. They're small so we had 6 each but they were filling and super flavorful. Can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu. Parking: Had to park a block away and walk for free available parking but really wasn't too bad. There are spots in front of the restaurant so go earlier then dinner to try to get good parking

Best tacos in town great atmosphere and family-friendly great spot for birthdays and celebrations & Taco Tuesday is a must
