I was brought here by a very special person in my life, and I am so glad. She wanted to treat me to real Mexican food, and I have to say it was the best Mexican food I have ever had. I think I was the only "Gringo" in the place, and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The server was genuinely friendly and attentive, and very understanding of my lack of Spanish speaking ability. She and my date helped me decide what to get (I had the Gordito). With the handmade tortillas and the fresh ingredients, everything was superb. I'm a little surprised the place wasn't totally packed, but maybe it just hasn't been discovered yet. This is a restaurant that I would like to see succeed, so if you find yourself near High School Road, give them a try.
