El Jibarito

Went for the jibaritos and they were out of plantains, so no jibaritos, no tostones. They had tostones pana which they honestly could have made work for a Jibarito but they were unwilling to make any changes to the menu. After making other choices, portions for the price were pretty small. Things seemed to be made in bulk and served cafeteria style. Our food seemed to take twice as long as the people around us. Was a nice atmosphere.

First of it was a Saturday. Got seated right away. But there was 3 waiters waiting on 30 tables. Which caused delays in drinks and food arriving to us. Bummer when you’re on vacation and want to get into drinks and good food. On to the food. The mofongo was dry. The rice was dry. The drink was watery. There was 3 dishes that we wanted that they claimed they ran out of. I won’t be returning. Sorry.

food at El Jibarito lacked flavor and food was hard. Consistency and taste are crucial aspects of any dining experience, and it's disappointing when they don't meet expectations. Hopefully, the restaurant can take this feedback constructively to improve their offerings and provide a better experience for future customers. La comida en El Jibarito carecía de sabor y estaba dura. La consistencia y el sabor son aspectos cruciales de cualquier experiencia gastronómica, y es decepcionante cuando no cumplen con las expectativas. Con suerte, el restaurante puede tomar este feedback de manera constructiva para mejorar sus ofertas y proporcionar una mejor experiencia para futuros clientes.

Good food and good atenuante. I recomended 100%.
