Food always so good. Love the quesabirria tacos. Always friendly service and quick. They have a nice big parking area easy to get in and out of. But other drivers fly through the parking lot, be careful with that.

Birria is the best style of Mexican food in existence, and El Jefe Birria makes it the best. They never mess up anything and the service has always been quick every time I come here. This place is number one for the best street food in all of Vancouver.

Clean? Yes. Service? Brilliant!! Atmosphere? Uhm, aside from the Music, it's in a parking lot. I sus there were no picnic benches due to foot traffic. The food is just wonderful!! Melt in your mouth. Options? Loads! Tacos, Burritos, combinations, Spicy, "gringo", and everything in between. Price is spot on. I had the Birria burrito sans frijoles and it was more than enough - even for me! Of course! Being the carnivore that I am, I could've liked more meat and less rice, but hey! This was the best Mexicon food I had eaten in about 6 months save that visit I took to Longview.

Food was great

When my family and I first visited this food truck the food was excellent. In fact, it was excellent the first few times. Then, one day roughly a month ago we stopped again. I noted a faint odor that I couldn't identify until I got half way home and bit into my burrito. The meat was burnt. So the odor I detected was likely from meat having been at the bottom a pan cooking all afternoon. It sucked. We won't be back. Why? Because the person who made the burrito knew exactly what he was doing. He is and was a reflection of the business. This particular location is a good argument for patronizing someone elses business.

The birria tacos are so good! Large portions of meat, and the tacos are fresh off the grill when they package your order. It's not fast! I waited 10 or more minutes from when I placed my order. But they have Mexican music playing and everyone gets a remote reservation thingy, so you can wait in the car instead of outside. Be sure to get some extra consomme to dip your tacos into! Birria is messy and it's so worth it
