Place was packed for a Friday evening. Got carry-out fajitas and beef tacos. Both were absolutely tasteless, no flavor or seasonings. Don't get why this place is so popular.

Used to be one of my favorite places to go to. Prices used to be affordable. Now everything is raised by 5 dollars and the menu is completely different. It was 45 dollars for just two people. I got the pollo loco and the chicken was thin, had the texture of fish, and had no taste. The chips were burnt and the salsa was watery. I’ve been going here for years, what has happened? I’m super disappointed.

It's better to eat inside. Almost every time we get takeout the order gets messed up. Tonight the food was very bland.

Food was absolutely terrible. I would of thought for aslong as they took to serve us the food would be amazing. The complete opposite. Food seemed microwaved only thing hot was the plate. Prepared sloppy. Not sense of pride taken at all. God forbid we mention our dissatisfaction to the waiter The stink eye given was enough for a party of four. First time and last time. If you like feeling disrespected at an establishment that you pan on paying money on. Please come to El Jalapeños. If your looking for a decent meal with good costumer service. This may not be the place for you.

Do not order through grubhub. They consistently "forget" items. I'm tired of dealing with it after a 13 hour work day. Their food is overrated to be honest, it's just the only option nearby. Decor is good if you're going to sit in. But as I stated before, do not order online. They don't know how to read the online ticketing system. I'll be driving to Wadsworth from now on for better service and food.
