Super casual bar serving good drinks and some mean food. The mushroom quesadilla was fantastic and the shrimp tacos not far behind

Some really nice tacos here

The decorative interior is the only thing this restaurant has going for it, the food is bland, the margaritas were way too sour, the service was subpar, truthfully the location is the only thing that is keeping this thing alive, if you’re looking for below average Mexican food that has inflated happy hour prices this is your spot

Had the asada tacos, pineapple habanero chicken wings, and chicken tinga nachos. SO good! Servers were fantastic. Highly recommend.

1. They charged us 10$ extra because my friend brought a birthday cake for me. Which they did not clarify at the beginning. Just added it to the bill. 2. The server was extremely rude and the service was lousy at best. 3. 18% compulsory gratuity for party of 3. Don't get me wrong, I tip very well but the service was so bad I would not tip this much. And when we asked, they said, the business is slow and we should get paid. I mean come-on. 4. Even the quality of food has decreased over time. And this bad behavior of servers has happened with a lot of my friends.

Bartender great, kitchen staff super friendly and want you to love it. Recommend plenty of the green hot sauce ..

The food was served cold, and the Margarita was awful. It didn't seem like anything was fresh. If you enjoy fresh lime in your Margaritas and hot food, you won't find that here.

Was really impressed by El Grito Taqueria. I was reluctant to visit as the place looks closed from the outside and then the entrance area looks empty as well. The food is delicious and the portions are huge, I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken quesadillas. Great guacamole ! This is my new favorite Mexican place in South Lake Union.
