Just went for empanadas didn't to much care for them and was expensive!
Excellent service, delicious food, and many different, delicious options. I fully recommend the empanadas and alfajores. And next time I will try the Uruguayan chivoto.
Everything about my experience at El Gaucho was worthy of a 5 star review. The service was genuine, friendly, and attentive. Each dish was paired perfectly with flavors and textures. The atmosphere as clean, inviting, and beautifully designed. I will absolutely be back
Hidden gem. This is a bit secluded in its location but the food is absolutely fantastic, service is great! 5/5 stars!
Went here with my boyfriend for dinner. Everything from the drinks, entrees/sides and dessert were phenomenal. It was all so fresh. We tried several flavors of their margaritas the hibiscus was a favorite. We both got the steak chimichurri tacos and they were delicious, perfectly cooked/seasoned. So happy we tried this place, we’ll definitely be back!
The ambiance and service are amazing, the servers are very kind and excuse themselves for interrupting your meal so they can ask if you need anything, which I thought was a breath of fresh air. We had ordered the grill for 2, creamy mashed potatoes, chimichurri fries for our appetizer and a side of grilled veggies. The meal came with the salad and a side. I changed my mojito mocktail to their purple lemonade when I felt like it didn't taste as I had expected and she very kindly did so at no extra charge. The food came on a warming tray right after the appetizer so we ended up eating our appetizer at the same time. They catered to our dietary restrictions which was very nice. We had requested our meat be done well and it came back with some pink inside. As far as seasoning, we were expecting a little something more than just salt and pepper on all of our food. We assumed since it was Argentinian food that was how it was traditionally seasoned, I guess we could have done some research beforehand, so that was a shortcoming on our part for assuming. They do have sauces on the side like chimichurri if you'd like to add that. Our fries were also very very greasy and I was sad because I was really excited about pairing them with the chimichurri they had been tossed in. I think overall it was a learning experience but it didn't satiate my palate and left me hoping it was something more than what I would eat at Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chão. Maybe I'll give it another chance in the future. Let's see.
Just had an amazing meal here. Alba was an amazing server, and was very kind to my young son. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Would highly recommend. Will be coming back here very soon!
