Mannie and the team make food from the heart! The cooks make home style classics. My Cubano sandwich today was a 10!
I would go to war for this place to keep existing. They have great food and I love the frituras. Pollo guisada with arroz is my go to, along with morcilla and alcapurria. My go to for good Latino food.
Like coming here for their meat plans they definitely have the best prices on the market in the area ask for their super freezer suffer deal for $150
trash close that store down food was horrible taste like it was cooked days ago
The food is mediocre at best. Pastellios barely have any Carne in them and are full of oil. Same goes for all other fast food items. I've ordered the mofongo con chicharron, baked chicken, chicken stew, white rice and red beans as meals. The chicharron was dry/over cooked or just plain old, same goes for the baked chicken. Also the baked chicken had no flavor, what??!!! The white rice was okay while the red beans were flavorless and watery. The restaurant is old and outdated with a couple of tables and a few chairs. Definitely not what I would expect for their prices. Only good thing about this restaurant is its right around the corner from the train and right in front of a bus stop.
