While the food is hit and miss, the price has gone completely off the rails. Anything made with a hard tortilla will end up soft, floppy, and gross by the time you get it out of the steamed Styrofoam container. The burritos taste great but I can go to one of the many sit down restaurants in town and spend less for a bigger meal with an enjoyable atmosphere. I just paid $16.50 for a small "wet" burrito a small portion of beans and some rice that left me hungry. A Grande Burrito just down the road costs $14 plus tax and I can't finish it.

Always good. Salsa is the best

Stopped in for lunch ( carry out only)- I ordered the taco lunch. The tacos were prepared perfectly. Even with a 10 minute drive. They were nice and hot when I got home. They weren’t soggy. Nice crisp corn tortilla beef tacos- these small salsa that came with it was perfect and so fresh and delicious- at first sight. I was very concerned about the refried beans because they were very watery-loose- in fact, I had accidentally tipped the container and the beans went into the rice. Thank goodness they did not go onto the tacos. The refried beans tasted delicious. Plenty of salt added- the rice had no flavor, but I added the leftovers also do it and that helped- the lunch came with a soft drink- Service was very nice and quick. The front area was cluttered and messy- I wasn’t sure if they were redecorating or redoing the entrance area- sbut that had no effect on the taste of my food

just called to place a carryout order,they raised the price of the little Mexican style tacos to$4.25ea good luck with that,needless to say I will never be ordering from there again.

The brothers at El Coyote Loko has been serving terrific, authentic Mexican food for years - and they still do it today. Don't want to trek to downtown SW Detroit? Swing over to Livonia for all that taste and delicioso food right here in the burbs! ⭐⭐⭐
