Love this little eatery to enjoy Dominican fare from mondongo to tostones and the sancocho is heaven!

Terrible service!!! It’s such a shame because this is the only Dominican restaurant around that I actually liked. First time ordering in DoorDash and they gave the order to someone else and refused to send out another order… my fiancé literally had to fight with them to get them to send food. Now just placed an order through DoorDash again today and 20 minutes in the order was cancelled without any explanation….. don’t waste your time the service is TERRIBLE!!!!!

This place is horrible the lady at the front with the red hair when dismissing me I mentioned I needed a set of utensils and she replied it was in the bag. I emptied the bag to show her I had none in the bag and she proceeded by throwing it on the counter as if I just didn’t make a purchase. Do better and have respect

The food here is excellent, however, the service has exponentially deteriorated. There were two staff members on, one male with a green hat wearing it backwards and a waitress who did not tend to me once during the time I ate there. My intention was to order more but I was turned off after I had drank a whole drink and still had food left to eat. The Union City location is where you will want to go to if you expect a full quality service.

Ordered delivery from this place. Literally took an hour and half and we had to call multiple times to ask where the food was. We live 10 minutes from this place so it was unacceptable. The food was just ok. Never again. Responding to the below because unfortunately you are not being truthful: there was literally no traffic that day (I had checked) and you reassured me when I placed the order that the food (which was a simple chicharrones de pollo, rice/ beans) shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes after making it to be delivered. The food arrived much later than the 45 minutes after we placed our first call, and we made at least 2 phone calls after our initial call to see where our food was. I stand by my initial review and would give 0 stars if I could after this inaccurate response from you.
