Terrible service. Walked in trying to order and was completely ignored by the girl in the front. She saw us walking in and went to go hide in the back, we waited a couple minutes and after no one coming to take our order we walked out.

Compre un sancocho para llevar y cuando llego a la casa me di cuenta que el sancocho estaba dañado pues llamo al restaurante para dejarle saber y que no se lo vendieran a otra persona. Pues la chica me hablo con muy mala actitud insinuando que el sancocho si estaba bueno y que era yo hablando mentira. Pues fui en persona a llevarle el sancocho y aunque fui amable ellas siguieron con su mala actitud y su falta de ética ignorando que yo estaba en restaurante. Pues tuve que hablarle varias veses para que me pusieran atención estando el restaurante vacío. una chica que estaba atendiendo de color de pelo rubio cogió la comida y con una mala actitud dijo que la comida si estaba bien que que yo quería hacer. Al final me devolvieron el dinero pero pase un mal momento cuando todo se podía arreglar con empatía. La verdad no no recomiendo este restaurante que pones la Salud de los clientes en peligro vendiendo comida dañada y con un mal servicio al cliente.

No tienen el menu actualizado online ybal llamar el personal te dan otro precio y no tienen ningun professionalismo al contestar y no puedes reclamar porque te cierran la llamada primera y ultima ves que compro muy mala experiencia

This place is so slow. Even for take out its slow, they say the food will be out in a few mins and 25-mins later, nothing. The cook is sometimes alone or with a second person they are eating while cooking with no sense of urgency to make your food. I left two different times I will never go there again.

This place is horrible the lady at the front with the red hair when dismissing me I mentioned I needed a set of utensils and she replied it was in the bag. I emptied the bag to show her I had none in the bag and she proceeded by throwing it on the counter as if I just didn’t make a purchase. Do better and have respect

Ordered delivery from this place. Literally took an hour and half and we had to call multiple times to ask where the food was. We live 10 minutes from this place so it was unacceptable. The food was just ok. Never again. Responding to the below because unfortunately you are not being truthful: there was literally no traffic that day (I had checked) and you reassured me when I placed the order that the food (which was a simple chicharrones de pollo, rice/ beans) shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes after making it to be delivered. The food arrived much later than the 45 minutes after we placed our first call, and we made at least 2 phone calls after our initial call to see where our food was. I stand by my initial review and would give 0 stars if I could after this inaccurate response from you.

Love this little eatery to enjoy Dominican fare from mondongo to tostones and the sancocho is heaven!
