I ordered a plain burrito with avocado, over the phone. It was my go-to place. Due to a language barrier, I thought he said: "plain burrito plus avocado" So I said, yes. I got what I ordered, plus meat so I was charged more. It wasn't until I left and took a bite I realized it. I went back, told them it wasn't what I wanted and if he could just remake it. I didn't even care I paid more (because of the meat) because I love that place. He got really defensive and started saying, "..it's not my fault...it's your fault...you said this is what you wanted" I immediately reassured him I'm not even mad about it, can it just be remade. He told me if I wanted it to be remade I'd have to pay for it again, because, "it's your fault, not mine. Now this cost me a burrito" To which I replied, "I'm not mad or blaming you, however I paid more for what I didn't want, so can you just remake it and I don't need any money back." He ended up refunding my money. I literally have no idea how or why he got so jammed up, however at no point did I raise my voice. He lost my business and any further recommendations.
Best taco truck in the area. I come here several times a week. Great service, decent prices, and the food is phenomenal. Try the carne asada and the carnitas, you won’t regret it! Their breakfast tacos are delicious and the best cure for a Sunday morning hangover. And their salsa is out of this world too.
One of the best in West Seattle! Loved my morning walks for breakfast burritos only to return around lunch for my Al Pastor tacos.
I finally have a place to get chorizo & eggs! Even my toddler loved it! Yummy! I brought my dad an asada taco plate and he enjoyed his meal also.
Easily some of the best tacos and burritos in Seattle. Quick, delicious and consistently wonderful. Every time I eat there, I can feel my soul being repaired.
Great tacos. They have many kinds of meat as well as vegetarian options to choose from. Their chorizo is great especially with lime, yum! And plenty of parking.
