There are no words to describe how incredible the flavor of this food is! Will definitely drive the hour and half again for more.

I’m from SW Kansas where there is either a Mexican restaurant or taco truck on every corner. El Carambas made me feel like I was back home in Kansas. Enchiladas, queso, chile relleno, rice, refined beans all delicious. Servers were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Not sure why some people have left such rude reviews. I will be back!
Great food from truck & restaurant with slightly different menus so beware of that. Otherwise, wo uld definitely recommend & cute comfy atmosphere inside the establishment as well.
