We ordered 60 cupcakes for a gender revel. Only 1 cupcake was to have the color inside. 30 cupcakes had gender inside. All they did was say sorry. It was embarrassing and guests laughed it off but it was not a good look for the bakery. Out 100.00 and the bakery did not even care. Not understanding how they even messed up this simple order. Unfortunately, their non caring attitude is why will never go back there.

Service and baked goods were excellent. The rest of the store, including the bathrooms, looked either in transition or ignored. Bathroom was terrible.
