f you have not been to El Cajon Nutrition, you need to go. Frank and I were so glad we stopped in. It is a little tucked away, but well worth the find!! El Cajon Nutrition specializes in making drinks that are healthy, delicious, and low-calorie. They are committed to providing a healthy alternative to fast food. I absolutely love this place and the owners! If you’re a drink girly like me, go check it out! Whenever I need a TASTY AND HEALTHY drink, this place is always my go too. The owner is also extremely kind, has a great testimony, and it’s women owned! ;) The PB shake is fav!

BESTTT shakes and teas I ever had. highly recommend the PB oreo cookie it tastes like reese’s peanut butter cups but only healthier and packed with protein. COME HERE DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I REPEAT. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The most welcoming place I've ever walked into , while making our drinks they male sure to engage with the customers in small talk. Making you feel the full experience. 10/10 if you haven't tried it trust me you won't be disappointed !

Heading down Fletcher Parkway we were happy to find this amazing oasis for shakes, smoothies and energizing teas! El Cajon Nutrition at 2239 Fletcher Parkway is a cool, clean, and unique local business. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping people. Tried this place out for the first time last week and was not disappointed! As a personal trainer it's my duty to check out any smoothie shop that makes protein shakes so that I can report back to my clients about it. The gym I work at is in La Mesa so this protein shake place in El Cajon is less than 10 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised that all the drinks are made with sugar free syrup! That means everything has way less calories and makes the shakes actually healthy instead of just being a glorified milkshake. I tried out the "Samoa" first since that's one of my favorite flavor combos and I really loved the little crunchy things in it. It's great to have texture in a drink. Today I had the "Buff Monkey" which was recommended by both people I talked to. It's chocolate, peanut butter and banana so there's really no way you can go wrong with that. They used powdered peanut butter which keeps the flavor content high and calorie content low. Music to my ears as I'm still finishing up a fat loss phase. I definitely recommend checking this new place out if you're looking for a low calorie healthy protein shake in the El Cajon area!

Awesome spot for a healthy shake. Tons of different flavors available. They also have different iced teas available too! The Choco berry shake (pictured) and praline espresso shakes are fantastic. I also really liked the I'm Powerful tea and I'm Enough tea. Very refreshing
