The food wasn’t that good this time. And the coffee tasted really watered down and warm not hot.

Spectacular breakfast options! Great juice and smoothie options. We dined inside and bought pancakes to go. Staff had the courteous forethought to bring the takeout to us just as we finished so the meal would travel as warm as possible. The Popeye omelette was delicious!

Referred by friend. It was awful. She said maybe new management. Waited 45 min for food when it sat up at counter for 20+ minutes while colleague left. Was told to definitely get potatoes, then we’re hard and nothing to boast about.Cold coffee then other drinks forgotten then reminded and still never brought it. You need to get your act together.

Such a sad day for me. This place has been a favorite breakfast stop of ours for years. But this mornings trip to ecb was forgettable. It was shocking to see how far they have fallen. We showed up early because they are most often crazy busy in the a.m. We we're second in line but there was hardly any customers compared to usual. Then the spiral started. With an almost empty restaurant, it took close to 40 minutes to get two basic menu breakfasts, (Never seen it take longer the 10 to 15, even when packed). At 20 minutes I asked if everything's okay and she said, "they just started your now". Now? The only person before just ordered a stack of pancakes. Then when the meal came I found they have made a significant menu change without making any actual change to the menu. So when I ordered hash brown, one of my favorites here,. I was shocked to receive a barely heated up, soft, limp frozen hash brown patty. (Walmart style) My over medium eggs were perfect, kudos there,, but absolutely zero butter for my way over toasted toast. Other things that are me specific things, when I changed my"hash lies" in for the country potatoes, they were... Fine I suppose if you like enormous and uneven chunks of potatoes so smothered in hell pepper and onion the pair was completely lost. Now I get it lots of people live bell pepper, but I know it's Satan's invention and I just hate them long and short of it if this is what this place has become I think I better understand why so many empty tables.

Plenty of vegan options. Americano was good. Not somewhere to work on a laptop for that long (also didn’t see any outlets) since it’s more of a cafe but still worth the visit! Steady steam of people in and out.

Well... we came here on labor day around noon for brunch. It was fairly busy but manageable. I immediately I start smelling a mixture of coffee and Marijuana in the air, understandable since a smoke shop is next door. I ordered eggs Benedict with a side of fruit and my husband ordered country fried steak with potatoes. We both ordered coffee and my husband ordered himself a Strawberry smoothie. We paid and got a table. The coffee and smoothie were very tasty. Our food came out about 15 minutes later. I cut into one of the poached eggs and water came gushing out of the inside. My husband brought my plate up to the front and they said they'd remake it. Then my husband started eating his potatoes, which he said were pretty good. He then noticed there was a hair on one of the potatoes. We debated on staying and having them remake it. But we decided to ask for a refund for the food( minus the drinks) and go somewhere else. The nice cashier did apologize and she actually refunded us for the whole order. Coming back here is up for debate. We were really disappointed because we used to love this place and we do like supporting family owned places.

I had Sunday Breakfast here. I placed my order and sat down. 30 min later no breakfast. A party of 10 and in 20 min. After me, they got their food before me. I asked where .y food was, I was told by the manager that I just placed my order. I told her that was not true, I had already been waiting over 30 min and people that came in after .me already had their food. She said they were busy, that doesn't explain why the large party that came in 20 min after me already had their food. They never put my order in. Coming from the food industry I can tell what's going on. This girl was not manager .material . This is not a large restaurant, they should have noticed that after 30 min I still did not have my food
