I use to stop by ,a lot ,from 8 years ago now, but I never gave them a review, but lately they improving a lot I just got a small cheese breas , a croissant, and a almojabana plus two coffees and everything was amazing, on the other hand the girl whom take care of my order it was so nice , amazing service on my opinion.
I generally come to this location for the coffee and tres leches cakes. However their service is horrible, as there is such a language barrier. They also listed egg and cheese on a roll and listed the price as $6 + tax however when ringing up the check it came out to $7.03 which does not calculate correctly. I would check your order price to make sure they aren't pushing an error or price gouging. I didn't care much for the $0.47 and gave it to the tip jar. It's just the principle of the matter. Generally this location has wonderful Columbian coffee. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that should be accessible to wheelchairs.
My sister supports this businesses daily and yesterday she stopped by and grabbed me a bread (pan de bono). The bread was so extremely hard and old, I asked my sister to please go back and change it. The owners refused to change the bread, stating that once the bread leaves the premises, it can no longer be changed. I walked in, upset, and asked why can’t we be offered another bread? Especially since they receive business from my sister DAILY. The point of this review is that the business failed to accommodate a loyal customer and instead said “those breads are usually hard”. No, they’re hard when they are old and have been sitting most of the day. I wouldn’t support this business again even if it was the last business open in the area. If you want rocks for bread, this is your place!
