El Burrito Loco

I placed an order for delivery and did not receive 2 items - a Jarrito and salsa were not placed in the bag or given to the door dasher. I called Burrito Loco and they told me to come to the restaurant, even though I paid for delivery. The drink I get, but the salsa? One of the main things needed for Mexican dishes. The door dasher and I called and they refused to help. The manager was not interested in rectifying the situation and nothing was resolved. Don't order from here.

Great place for great food!

This establishment facades as a good Mexican restaurant. In reality they are two faced and don't listen to the customer. I ordered a burrito with meat and cheese. They put everything I didn't want on it. I went in to ask for a remake nicely and they said it was my fault. They also said I could not have a refund. They remade it and I ended up throwing up. Next time I went I also threw up. Overall this experience was horrible. This restaurant pales in comparison to Taco Bell. I would advise you never go here. Don't do that to yourself. You deserve better than what ever they scam you for.

Upset. The tamale was dry and hard and they always forget to add sour cream to my order when I request it and add special instructions for it. I never have this issue with the crest hill location, it seems this one has been lacking attention to detail for some unfortunate reason. Very disappointing.
