Prices went up by 50% & staff is NOT friendly. I used to love going there; every staff member would say 'good morning' to you or would greet you happily. Don't expect to be treated nicely. Sweet bread is still pretty good, though. I probably won't drive 35 miles for it anymore.
(Translated by Google) The bread is very tasty… There are always too many people!!! 😫 (Original) Muy rico el pan… Siempre hay demasiada gente!!! 😫
Best old school Mexican bakery ever! Ok so I might be overly excited I found this place but I was blown away by amount of bread. I remember going into one like this as a child but these are long gone in Dallas. You have your regular Mexican baked goods like conchas, puerquitos, cuernitos, magdalena's, etc but they also have these but filled with a type of sweet creme, almost resembling a creme cheese. OMG! Are these delicious! However I think the best thing is the little area where they put out the hot, homemade bolillos. You can only imagine there was a line but the best thing you'll have all day. There is also an area where you can order a custom cake. They really do offer a lot in such a small area. I can't wait to come again
