Breakfast is amazing. It’s a hidden gem for sure. The ladies who prepared my breakfast are sweet and helpful. I had the cowboy torta and it did not disappoint. The salsa had the right amount of kick for a breakfast sandwich.

We went earlier this week for my birthday breakfast. I love making homemade chilaquiles (green) but didn’t want to cook that day (!). I was told they only had red chilaquiles so I ordered that with steak. The steak was very chewy, but the texture of the chilaquiles was good. My husband found the flavor of the sauce to be very off-putting, like it was perhaps burnt. I wasn’t as unhappy with the flavor but it also wasn’t comparable to other chilaquiles I’ve had. It was much spicier than I’ve had before, just beyond the level I can happily consume. Husband ordered a chorizo burrito and was very unhappy with it. “It doesn’t taste like chorizo at all!” It was also missing eggs because of a misunderstanding. I tried the watermelon aqua fresca, which was ok but not great—not a lot of watermelon, way too much sugar. The service was very friendly and we appreciated how promptly we were served (we were also the only patrons so maybe that sped things up). The only other big issue was no AC, and it was so humid and hot that we chose not to finish our meal…it was uncomfortably hot and sticky. We would consider trying a few other dishes, but would definitely get them to go, as the heat was a deal-breaker.

The best breakfast around here. Don't sleep on this place.

Great food. Mole was great with 2 big pieces of chicken, rice, beans, and corn tortillas. Carne asada was also delicious.

Been here a few times for lunch. Always good food and service. We prefer it over the other Mexican options around this area!

Had Mexican scrambled eggs with beans and rice for breakfast. This place is the truth! Good portions too.
