Why so bad. we are initially said at a six top table and also I asked if somebody wanted to come in if they could share the table. We said that would be fine after we were served our meal and ready to eat. We are asked to move to the next table over and take all of our stuff with us, that was a major inconvenience in the disruption and eating. The tacos that were given gave me very much indigestion and heartburn. Was not very pleased with the selection, nor the taste of them tacos that myself or my wife consumed. But I think the biggest thing that really irritated us was a factor right in the middle of eating. We were asked to Move to a table over to accommodate other people. That’s not very hospital or enjoyable. So the reason I won’t go back is that and also the taste of the food.
Had great experience. Customer service was excellent. Food was delicious but portion was small.
Tasty food, a bit of a twist vs more standard / authentic Mexican food. Great service.
This truly is a hidden gem. The stuffed yam Chile Relleno dish was my favorite. Their attention to detail was amazing.
Great food and service. Would recommend queso fundido, chicken tinga enchiladas, and lamb chops.
El Alma was the perfect remedy to a cold evening. I chose warmer items, queso fundido and sopa de elote. The surprise, the red salsa that came with the chips (seemingly as many as you would like). Smokey and salty, smooth and consistent. Rich in flavor. The queso was thick and true. The soup was almost sweet and had these delicious chewy cheese chunks mixed throughout. Sat out back on the rooftop, view of the skyline, heat lamps to help with the cold. Certainly a nice atmosphere and very tasty food.
