I love the food, service and atmosphere. My favorite dish is the Neighborhood Bird! The staff members are always so plesent. The decor is very cool, I especially enjoy the bathroom wall paper. My one complaint is the music is painfully loud.

Placed an order for pickup evening of 6/23. The lady at the front register is the best! I’m from the DC area and anytime I am in the Baltimore area I try to get me some Ekiben. Delicious food and quality service!!!

We go to Ekiben every time we go to Bmore.

We saw Ekiben opened on Fed Hill a little bit ago, heard a lot of great things about this place, and wanted to check it out! We have extensive dietary restrictions, so we always have to scope out a menu before we commit to make sure we can safely eat. One of the guys who worked there, Leo, came over and asked if this was our first time, etc. and we told him we might not be able to eat because of the dietary restrictions. Leo stood there and talked through the restrictions, the ingredients in each dish, the cooking methods for all of them, and then helped us piece together a meal that was both safe and delicious. The food was INCREDIBLE but the service was even better. Shoutout to Leo for making our experience absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The one on Fort is killer to get some take out lunch, very limited seating, mostly outside. The Neighborhood Bird is great on rice or as a sandwich on the amazing buns.

Very small restaurant so it may be best to take your orders to go as there's a couple seats outside and maybe 5 seats inside. The restaurant has a crazy mix of decor, friendly staff, and great food. I found the food to be a bit pricey but the portions reflected the price. Definitely enjoyed the fried chicken meals and wouldn't mind visiting again.
