Einstein Bros. Bagels

I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I feel I have to. My phone was dead, I thought "Oh look, they have tables and wall plugs". So I sat down, started charging my phone while eating my bagel. Then the manager girl, (the chubby one with the black hair), walks out and tells me to stand up and unplug my phone because they don't offer indoor sitting. So why the hell do you have 3 tables with chairs then? I'm not a sensitive person, but they should really talk to her about that attitude. It's ridiculous, cover the wall plugs and take the tables out then. I'm supposed to eat my bagel standing up when there's a chair right there? Anyways, avoid this place, at least until they get a new manager.

Bagel only: i tried ancient and everything Bagels. Asked to be toasted but came out not crispy at all just more like warmed up bagel. Size looked like it was for kids size bagel plain cream cheese was good. Not impressed at all for a shop with name bagel. Dunkin up north and Bagel now down south from here has better bagel imo. Best so far for me Winchell s 9 grain bagel so far. There was a guy talking loudly on his phone outside the store it was so annoying as i was eating on the outside table and he was also cursing and just talking very loudly. Soon i realized he wasn’t talking on his phone.

Extremely slow service in this location.

Last few times here have been disappointing- hard bagels and burnt coffee.

We got our food and were halfway done eating it when the lady behind the counter said there's no indoor eating. They have a table inside so why we have to go outside is beyond me.

Great place. Bakers dozen for groups.

The employees ignored me when I asked for the customer's order and told me to cancel it. Most times my order wasn't started when I arrived after it was ordered online a while ago.

Waited 15 minutes for a bagel.. 4 people ended up leaving. The only reason I stayed was because I already paid for my meal. Don’t understand how it took so long. Will not be returning to this location
